Figured out your final goal? Here is what to do next

The next question is "How many days can I regularly train?" It's important to ask yourself this question because we are all busy everyday.
Commitment - How many days per week will I train?
Please be aware that it is a combination not only of how many days you need to train to achieve your goal, but also how many days CAN you train based on your study, work and family commitments, alongside the ability to still maintain a healthy social life.
If you can only do 3 days, then don’t plan for 5 it’s just not going to work, and you’ll be setting yourself up to failure even before you start. It’s crucial that you pick what you CAN not what you WANT, because you want to build something that lasts and fits in your lifestyle. Possible questions are as follows:
How long do I work a day?
When will I train? In the morning, afternoon or evening?
When will your rest days be?
I personally only train 4 days a week (occasionally I bump it up to 5) and two times a day (30 minute long sessions) as this not only provides ample stimulation for muscle growth but it also allows me to have a day’s rest in between workouts and leave the weekends free. This is what works for my lifestyle, and fits into my busy daily schedule. It allows me to make consistent progress towards my goals without having a negative effect on my social life.
Conclusion
It is equally important to set up a sustainable training schedule to achieve your fitness goal. Go and grab a pen and paper..
